- Project Management of over a dozen projects ranging in budget from $10,000 to $750,000 and ranging in timeline from one week to two years.
- Building Transitional Solutions Inc. from a three-person, $250,000 consulting firm to a 35+ person, multi-million-dollar consulting firm in a short 6 years.
- Executive Director of the Strathcona Industrial Association and the Strathcona District Mutual Assistance Program since 2018. This includes management of the Board of Directors and three committees.
- Recruitment of CAO’s, Directors and Managers across Alberta.
- Development and implementation of consultation and engagement plans with stakeholders surrounding three major oil and gas developments in Alberta. These stakeholders include First Nations, landowners, local, provincial, and federal government officials and administration and non-governmental organizations.
- Facilitator and mediator for multiple regional collaboration frameworks within the province of Alberta.
- Project manager for the development of the Alberta Fire Chief’s Association’s flagship Community Risk Assessment Tool and Core Competency Framework, funded by the Alberta Fire Commissioners Office.
