- Project Management of over a dozen projects ranging in budget from $10,000 to $750,000 and ranging in timeline from one week to two years.
- Building Transitional Solutions Inc. from a three-person, $250,000 consulting firm to a 35+ person, multi-million-dollar consulting firm in a short 6 years.
- Executive Director of the Strathcona Industrial Association and the Strathcona District Mutual Assistance Program since 2018. This includes management of the Board of Directors and three committees.
- Recruitment of CAO’s, Directors and Managers across Alberta.
- Development and implementation of consultation and engagement plans with stakeholders surrounding three major oil and gas developments in Alberta. - Facilitator and mediator for multiple regional collaboration frameworks within the province of Alberta.
