Carol is a professional engineer and currently the President & CEO of Women Building Futures, an established non-profit with a mission of economic security for women. Prior to this, Carol had a very successful leadership career in the energy industry for more than 25 years immersed in the ethic of Responsible Care. She also spent 4 years as the Registrar for the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta. She is a proven leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and brings vast experience in Responsible Care, governance, and strategy.
